How To Brew Your Herbal Blend
1. Boil Water-195ºF/90ºC Bring fresh spring water or your favorite bottled water to a boil. Remove from heat,
set aside 1 minute.
2. Prepare- Add 1-2 tsp of herbal tea blend per 8oz/250ml of water to your cup or teapot.
3. Steep Time-It’s important to cover your cup or teapot while steeping to keep nutrients and flavor from escaping.

all of the herbal blend.
